Vinyasa Yoga is a very energetic type of yoga in comparison to Slow Flow. It's a fundamental approach to a rather fast-paced type of yoga while fluidly transitioning between poses producing an aerobic affect. Most popular with those wanting to raise their heart rate. All levels of experience are welcome. I recommend those who are new to yoga, and beginners, attend a few Slow Flow practices to familiarize yourself with the poses and the instruction. Heated Power Yoga is similar to Vinyasa but will encourage more strength building poses with the addition of heat (but this is not Hot Yoga).
