Just Stretch

The most important part of any workout is the stretch. We have designed a class to focus on muscle and joint stretching to help achieve, or get closer to, yoga pose goals such as Mermaid and various Bindings and Locks. By practicing the prep for these poses you will feel more confident going into these poses during a regular yoga practice.

Our room is heated to encourage deep stretching allowing for maximum results. Yoga straps and blocks are recommended.
