A growing body of research suggests that yoga may be an effective therapeutic tool for the prevention and treatment of anxiety, depression, and your everyday mood-swings. This 4-day workshop explores modern-day applications of yoga practices and the latest techniques for self-calming to balance the nervous system and focus the mind.

Day 3 - Essential Oils, Montras (Sound Therapy) & Mudras (Meditation)
Day 4 - Unification (Bringing it all together)

Certified instructor Machelle Duprey will lead you through this workshop. Machelle is also 200 CYT and instructs yoga at her own studio, Good Vibes Studios, in Clio, MI as well as at Kettering University's Recreation Center in Flint MI.
