Schedule Changes starting in the New Year

Until further notice, we will not be offering 9:30 Gentle Slow Flow on Thursday mornings beginning January 17 as we are making plans to offer Kids Yoga for Home-schooling programs during this time slot.

2019 Yoga Schedule

PLEASE be courteous and arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for class. It's also advisable to arrive early and stretch before Vinyasa and Power Yoga classes.

Check the schedule often! We are growing. Classes are being added and adjusted to meet the needs of our community.
