WE ARE BACK in the Studio starting June 14, 2020. We have a limited schedule and space (10 ppl max) to start. Please read the letter, "Re-open Status Letter [COVID-19]". Click on the Classes button (top left). We are re-opening with our New Business Plan: All classes are $10 unless otherwise noted. Private Yoga-on-Demand for 1 - 9 people is $60. SUP Yoga and SUP Tours $35 per person (limit 4 unless you have your own board). That's it.  Class schedule is updated every 1st Monday of the month

We are proud to welcome people of all ages and fitness levels to our yoga-fitness studio. Our economical $10 drop-in rate is a great way to try out different styles of yoga in a judgment-free zone.

We have a diverse group of experienced instructors backed by (but not limited to) Yoga Teacher Certifications (CYT) who teach a variety of classes. Whether it’s your first class or 100th class they will help you get the most out of your sessions. We want you to leave feeling better than you did when you arrived. Visit Good Vibes Studios today!


Before any yoga class, it’s important to:

  1. Arrive 10 minutes before the class starts
  2. Discuss any health issues with your doctor and instructor
  3. Come to class hydrated and bring water with you
  4. Come on a fairly empty stomach
  5. Wear something comfortable and slightly form-fitting
  6. Place yoga props (blocks, blanket, strap, towel) within reach of your yoga mat
  7. Come with an open mind and open heart
