Vinyasa Yoga is a very energetic type of yoga in comparison to Slow Flow. It’s a fundamental approach to a rather fast-paced type of yoga while fluidly transitioning between poses producing an aerobic affect. Most popular with those wanting to raise their heart rate. All levels of experience are welcome. I recommend those who are new to yoga, and beginners, attend a few Slow Flow practices to familiarize yourself with the poses and the instruction.
