Closely resembling Hatha Yoga, this class is meant to serve all levels from beginner to experienced. Moving with breath through poses where breath gives you strength to hold the pose engaging the muscles to build strength. Our practice is our own. We each look different on the mat everyday. We are a community teaching and learning from each other.

Hatha yoga is designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the spine so that energy can flow. Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity and the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit.
